Headed out in windy conditions this past Monday. Turned to corner and headed into Waianae but it looked pretty dead. I had fished Nanakuli a couple of days before and missed a few fish so we headed toward that area. At about 1 pm we got our first bite of the day on a 9" Moke Plunger dressed in a flower type color. Got our customer Chris into the chair and he got to work. This was a pretty text book Ahi fight and Chris got the fish to the boat in about 25 mins. We got another bite that came off as soon as we set back up and got a nice Ono on the way home. This Ahi went 180 pounds.
